1989 Force 125hp trim motor

allbsdd	I have just purchased a 1988 19 ft capri with 1989 Force 125..trim motor is off of boat and disassembled. Looks pretty rusty inside, but turns..can this be rebuild, or is a new part readily available? Also, have a Force 125 1985 hasn't run in 10 years..kept it in WD 40 all these years...is the trim motor compatible with the 1989 ? Looking forward to going fishing soon..can I run the boat without trim? should I plug the hydraulic lines if I do run it..? [*]null	2002-03-18
wvit84	I had to replace my trim motor last year on the same boat and motor. The best deal I found was at NAPA, they didn't have the motors with four wires though. I had to rewire it to work on a toggle switch that I installed on the dash.	2002-03-18
